Arctic Sweet Shrimp Meat Frozen
A cold-water sweet shrimp, landed and flash-frozen soon after harvest so the natural sweetness stays in the meat. Headless and shell-off, the tails come out plump and firm with a pearly, translucent appearance and a clean, delicate flavour.
They are rich in high-quality protein and astaxanthin, with no preservatives added, and are ready to eat straight from the pack — which also makes them easy to use raw for sushi and sashimi, or in salads and cold appetizers.
For a warm dish, stir-fry them quickly or fold them through rice and noodles at the end of cooking so they stay tender. Sold in 1 lb packs, vacuum-sealed and quick-frozen. Keep frozen and thaw in the fridge.
